Een ziekenhuis in Gelderland zoekt een Coördinator Centraal BOT die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren van opvang en nazorg na ingrijpende gebeurtenissen. Deze rol omvat het ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's als PEER-supporters. De functie vereist HBO werk- en denkniveau en affiniteit met psychosociale ondersteuning. Werkzaamheden omvatten ook het leiden van trainingen en evalueren van incidenten. Een functie voor 12 uur per week met interessante extra's en ontwikkeling mogelijkheden.
