Decom Technology People zoekt een Senior Engineer die complexe ontwerpen helder kan maken en de samenhang tussen glasvezel, coax en koper begrijpt om creatieve oplossingen te leveren. Je werkt vanuit Harderwijk in een team van circa 40 collega’s en draagt bij aan stabiele netwerken.
Na inwerkperiode geldt een hybride beleid van circa 50/50. Je stelt kaders, bewaakt normen, analyseert incidenten en coacht collega-engineers bij vakontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie.
