Landstede Groep in Harderwijk zoekt een BPV-begeleider voor het Entree Start College. In deze rol ondersteun je jongeren tijdens hun stage en help je hen om zelfvertrouwen en vaardigheden op te bouwen. Je gaat in gesprek met praktijkbegeleiders en biedt coaching waar nodig.
De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring met jongeren die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben, is coachend en communicatief sterk. Wij bieden een jaarcontract met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een salaris tot €4.403,00.
