KPMG India’s Digital Government Advisory (DGA) practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

About the Role:

The Digital Solution Expert will design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end digital solutions using modern web, mobile, and API technologies. The role requires deep expertise in UI/UX design principles, responsive web development, cross-platform functionality, and application integration.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces aligned with best UI/UX practices.

 Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

 Design and build web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and API integrations.

 Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

 Work with backend teams to integrate services, databases, and APIs.

 Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

 Maintain documentation and support testing, deployment, and updates.

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

 Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) /

B.Tech in Computer Science or IT.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in web and mobile application development.

 Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility.

 Proficiency in:

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- API integrations and web standards
- Android & iOS mobile app development

 Ability to work on both client-side and server-side components (full-stack capability preferred).

Skills:

- Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Flutter, or React Native.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of database systems and RESTful API design.
