Value Stream Manager

We are looking for a Value Stream Manager with strong plant operations experience to drive end-to-end value stream performance across production, quality, cost, and delivery in a manufacturing environment. The role will work closely with the Plant Head to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive overall value stream performance including production output, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
Oversee day-to-day plant operations while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, HSE, and quality standards
Lead production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor execution
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Lead cross-functional teams and projects focused on operational efficiency and process optimisation
Support ESG-aligned initiatives within manufacturing operations

Experience Required

8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
Background in FMCG, personal care, pharmaceuticals, food, or home & personal care industries
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and shop-floor operations
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
