Manage industrial fermentation operations for biofertilizer production
Monitor fermentation parameters (pH, DO, Temperature, Aeration)
Handle upstream & downstream processing
Ensure GMP, HACCP, SOP and quality compliance
Lead fermentation team and optimize production yield
Troubleshoot contamination, batch failures and process deviations
Coordinate with R&D, QA and Maintenance teams
Drive process improvements, cost optimization and documentation
