Supporting Health & Safety administration and routine office checks
  • Booking staff training including first aid, fire marshal and IT training
  • Producing HR reports as required
  • Supporting leave administration and associated payroll documentation
Office Administration

Alongside your HR responsibilities, you will be an important point of contact for general office administration.

Duties will include:

  • Providing secretarial cover in the absence of the PA
  • Providing Reception cover during breaks and arranging temporary holiday cover when required
  • Supporting the management of the company's archive database and liaising with the external archive provider
  • Helping to organise staff events, including the annual Christmas party
  • Taking ownership of general administrative tasks to help ensure the office runs smoothly
