Learning Support Assistant - 1:1 Behaviour & ASD Support - Primary School - Haringey

A welcoming Primary School in Haringey is recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEN support for a pupil with ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.

This Learning Support Assistant role is suited to someone confident, proactive, and experienced in supporting pupils who require strong boundaries and consistent support.

Key responsibilities for this Learning Support Assistant role include:

Delivering 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD and behaviour needs

Implementing behaviour plans and regulation strategies

Supporting engagement, focus, and emotional wellbeing

Working collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who:

Has previous experience in ASD and behaviour support roles

Is confident managing challenging behaviour in primary settings

Brings a calm, consistent, and professional approach

Can work independently while following SEN guidance

This Learning Support Assistant role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a Haringey primary school.
