Do you have the patience to guide a student through a tough challenge? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an "Outstanding" Academy in Tottenham. Your Responsibilities
  • 1:1 & Small Group Support:
    Work closely with students to break down complex tasks into manageable steps.
  • Inclusive Learning:
    Support students with SEN, EAL (English as an Additional Language), or those who just need an extra boost.
  • Classroom Partnership:
    Assist the Subject Teacher in managing the classroom and preparing learning materials.
  • Emotional Support:
    Build strong, professional relationships that help students feel safe and motivated to learn.
What You'll Need
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and an Enhanced Child DBS (on the update service).
  • Empathy & Resilience:
    The ability to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations.
  • Communication:
    Strong English and Maths skills to assist with the secondary curriculum.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience with teenagers or in an educational setting is a plus.
