Part Time School Finance Assistant

Location: Muswell Hill

Horizon Teachers are currently working with our client based in the Muswell Hill area of London to recruit a Part time Finance Assistant to add to their team on a long-term cover basis.

We are seeking somebody with experience of using school-based systems such as Sims, novus and parent mail to undertake this job role.

Responsibilities of the School Finance Assistant will include but not be limited to

Filing and cross-checking invoices
Processing Payments
Helping to order school supplies and raise payments
Liaising with stakeholders including parents with any queries including on school systems such as parent mail
