You'll take ownership of your own cohort of learners, primarily on the Level 4 Associate Project Manager standard, with scope to deliver Level 3 Business Administrator and Level 5 Operations Manager. What we're looking for:

  • An assessor qualification (e.g. A1/D32, CAVA, PGCE, L4 Cert Ed)
  • Confident IT skills and experience with online apprenticeship platforms (Aptem experience a bonus)
  • Knowledge of the NHS and primary care would be an advantage

In return, you'll join a dynamic, inclusive workplace where your ideas are valued, your voice is heard, and your development genuinely matters.
