Are you passionate about supporting young people and looking for a full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant opportunity from September?
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Haringey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference to students' learning, confidence and development.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting students in and outside the classroom
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Assisting teachers with classroom activities
Supporting students with their academic and personal development
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with children or young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, caring and proactive approach
The ability to build positive relationships with students
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
