Role Description Focus on Health & Safety methods in manufacturing areas, driving improvements and continuously working on best practices Effective and regular communication with staff and peers to maximise manufacturing efficiency Supporting direct reports to ensure safe and efficient practices Implement or developing robust training programs Oversee apprenticeship programs offering the best training and coaching Develop methodology to measure engineering performance Full responsibility for departmental spend on resources (projects, labour, materials, capital equipment) Real time performance measurements Overseeing and developing a CMMS to deliver analytics Ongoing coaching and development of staff for Continuous Improvement

Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 Years manufacturing experience within an engineering leadership role Track record of successfully managing and developing teams and individuals Experience in developing a robust Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Experience in applying CI / Lean principles in a manufacturing setting Project Management experience IOSH:
