JOB DESCRIPTIONPurpose of role:
Engaged to inspect the building, office, and equipment and assist with performing preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure their optimal functionality.
Core objectives include:
Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, emptying trash cans, maintaining common areas like hallways and restrooms.
Wash clean and dry cars according to company standard.
Picking up debris, weeding, trimming bushes, maintaining and landscaping.
The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Other duties:Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
Requirements:- NDIS Screening check is required for this job.
- Current Drivers License is required for this job.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates is required for this job.
- Working with children check is required for this job.
- Eligibility to work in Australia is required for this job.
