Registered Manager; Ofsted

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Tottenham, delivering high-quality, child-centred care in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations.

This is a key leadership role for a committed professional who can create a safe, nurturing, and aspirational environment for children and young people with complex needs.

• Register with Ofsted and maintain full regulatory compliance at all times
• Provide strong, consistent leadership to the staff team
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people
• Manage staffing, rotas, supervision, appraisals, and ongoing development
• Develop and maintain robust care plans, risk assessments, and policies
• Work effectively with local authorities, external professionals, and families
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently
• Lead on inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's setting
• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, inspections, and regulations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
