No7 Beauty Company is seeking a proactive Counter Manager to lead a busy No7 counter on site. You will drive sales, coach a team, and deliver personalised skincare consultations to customers, building lasting relationships and a great in-store experience.
You will report to the Store/General Manager, develop business plans with regional support, and ensure counter presentation reflects the No7 brand and promotions. Training and a passion for beauty are essential.
