• Operate the till and handle cash, card, and digital payments securely and efficiently.
• Accurately scan, price, and process customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organised checkout area at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues where possible.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Support the wider store/warehouse team as required, including assisting with stock handling or floor duties during quieter periods.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards always.

• Previous experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure during busy trading periods.
• Basic IT knowledge (till systems, payment devices, etc.).
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Additional language, ideally Turkish.

Shift patterns 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am.

This is permanent role.
