We're recruiting an experienced Education LADO to protect children in education settings by managing allegations against professionals (Early Years to 18+).

You'll:
✔️ Coordinate and manage allegations cases
✔️ Chair meetings, write analytical reports, visit settings
✔️ Deliver training to education partners
✔️ Assess risk and ensure compliance with safeguarding law/guidance

Join our small, supportive LADO team (3 members) with regular supervision, business support, and growth opportunities in the Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Service.

You need:
✔️ Qualified/registered social worker
✔️ Substantial childcare social work experience
✔️ 5+ years managing Children's Services/Children & Families teams
✔️ Strong expertise in child protection, legislation, multi-agency working, and risk assessment
✔️ Ability to write clear policies/procedures
