Full-time.
As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our stores you will lead patient care with eye and vision care, general health and wellbeing. You will have autonomous control over your schedule, fees, and services.
Responsibilities- Establish your days of practice
- Determine your hours of operation
- Control your patient schedule
- Set your fee schedule
- Maintain full control of exam/professional fees (e.g., keep 100%)
- Launch and manage services in Sam’s Club
- Advanced equipment/instrumentation
- Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school (if applicable)
- Valid state ophthalmology license (if applicable)
- General Liability Certificate / Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
