- Call Coverage - Specialty- OB/GYN
- Dates needed - please include start and end times
- Friday's beginning at 07::00 through Monday's ending at 07::00 - length of time tbd - Inpatient/Outpatient or Both Hospital only
- Practice Setting
- Hospital only - Does Provider need to be Board Certified
- Yes - Will you accept Board Eligible
- No - Do you only want to see CV's with an Active License
- Yes - How many Patients will see per day- 1 to 10
- Is there rounding? - Yes
- Avg patients they round on? 1 to 10
- How many calls do they get while on call? 1 to 10
- How many hours does it take to Round? 1 to 3
- How many times do they get called back in a 24hr shift? 1 to 3
- EMR system in clinic and Hospital- EPIC
- Is there support staff? Anesthesia, Nursing, Neonatal providers, respiratory, etc
