Experienced Hair Stylist – Drybar Harker Heights (Grand Opening Team)

$35 – $48 per hour (includes base pay, tips, bonuses, and retail commission)

About Us:

Drybar is more than just blowouts. We're on a mission to make people feel confident and
beautiful — inside and out. At Drybar Harker Heights, we’re assembling a high-energy team of
experienced stylists to help us launch our brand-new location opening August 8th.

What You’ll Earn:
Our stylists average $35–$48/hour, made up of:

● Base pay of $13–$15/hr

● Tips (a significant % of each service)
● $5–$10 bonus for every membership you help sign up

● 10% retail commission

● 1 client serviced per hour on average

● 30-minute lunch with no more than 8 hours per shift

What You’ll Do:

● Perform amazing blowouts and styling (no cuts or color!)

● Deliver a top-tier guest experience every time

● Recommend products and memberships confidently

● Work efficiently and professionally with teammates

What We’re Looking For:

● Valid cosmetology license

● At least 1 year of experience behind the chair

● Weekend availability (minimum 3 weekends/month)

● Professionalism, reliability, and a great attitude

● Team players who thrive in a branded, fast-paced space
