DescriptionJob Title: Family Law Paralegal – (Harker Heights and Austin)
Position: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. This position, for the right candidate, could offer above market value for an experienced paralegal.
ResponsibilitiesWe want someone who is professional, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent legal support. This is not an entry-level position—please do not apply unless you have at least 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas (required)
- Strong knowledge of all phases of litigation
, including:- Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders
- Drafting military retirement orders
- Coordinating court hearings and mediations
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and meet deadlines
- Board Certified Paralegal preferred
- Talented communicator and writer
- Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
- 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
