The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Sam’s Club. You’ll help keep shelves stocked and play a key role in the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service, helping create a positive shopping experience for members.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues while promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment operation/maintenance, cold chain procedures, cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
