Job Description- Build and manage a personal sales territory with the flexibility to work in your chosen region.
- Utilize a customized CRM platform to develop leads manage pipeline activity and track performance.
- Conduct B2B prospecting including in-person visits to small businesses and relationship-building with decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct client consultations to identify supplemental insurance needs.
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group presentations to prospective clients.
- Attend required meetings virtual training sessions and monthly team sales weeks.
- Develop and manage a long‑term client portfolio with ongoing service and retention.
- Set monthly and quarterly goals with your manager and maintain weekly accountability schedules.
- Record daily sales activity and adhere to established performance systems and best practices.
