• Accurately fill and label medication orders with correct strength, dosage form, and quantity in a timely manner.
• Accurately stock automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) in a timely manner.
• Fill/refill emergency crash carts, boxes, and kits timely and accurately; re‑package and label oral medications/extemporaneous preparations and maintain appropriate records.
• Respond appropriately to requests for STAT orders, routine orders, department requests, and ADC stock‑out bulletins; assure all medications are checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing.
• Stock medications into pharmacy inventory, including sterile compounding areas; maintain adequate medication stock levels and proper storage of medications.
• Prepare simple IV admixtures (excluding chemotherapy, biotherapy) accurately, consistent with IV policies and procedures.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician license/certification, as required by state law.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Preferred:
  Hospital experience.
• Preferred:
  Accredited training in sterile products preparation and IV Admixture Certification.
