• Provide direct clinical care to assigned telemetry patients on a per-shift basis

• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for telemetry patients

• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alarms appropriately

• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care delivery

• Support competency development of clinical staff

• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care

• Work at unit level providing telemetry monitoring and cardiac care

• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
