Store Support, Customer Service Rep

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Support role. This position focuses on non-sales, administrative, and customer-support functions to help ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may include assisting customers, order fulfillment, and direct interaction with customers or vendors as needed.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction as required.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise; respond to questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance; support key operational responsibilities.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; operate with little or some supervision; be detail-oriented and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times and remain focused on store-specific business objectives.
• Specific positions may include:
  Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
