• Follow and apply our dealership sales process from start to finish
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new clients to delivering their new vehicle
• Present, demonstrate and promote our inventory with confidence
• Review and update daily inventory reports
  
  Develop strategies to grow market share and build your client base
• Partner with sales leadership on monthly goals and performance plans
• Maintain strong Customer Service Index results and meet dealership performance standards
• Stay current on products, market trends and certifications
• Work comfortably with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional education in business or a related field is an asset
• A valid Texas Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills
• A positive attitude and desire to build meaningful customer relationships
