Site Logistics / Document Controller

We are seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Logistics Coordinator to join our site team. This key role ensures all site documentation, labour records, plant information, and drawings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain site document control systems at project start.
  • Manage drawings, revisions, and electronic filing across internal and client platforms.
  • Coordinate new starter administration, including inductions, RAMS, training records, and clocking system enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate records of site operative hours and update time management systems.
  • Manage plant registers, certifications, inspections, and off-hire arrangements.
  • Maintain delivery logs and site records for materials and waste.
  • Raise and track site orders through the buying department.
  • Liaise daily with clients and site teams regarding deliveries, safety reports, and compliance trackers.
  • Support site mobilisation and coordinate documentation and plant off-hire at project close-out.
About You
  • Previous experience in document control or site administration, ideally in construction.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
