£28,000 basic salary + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Commercial team within a well-established distribution business. This role is key to supporting customer administration, pricing data, ordering systems, and internal processes, helping the wider business achieve its growth ambitions through excellent service and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Set up new and amend existing customer records within the company ERP system
- Support the administration and sign-off process for bespoke customer orders
- Upload invoices to customer portals to ensure prompt payment
- Ensure electronic customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Investigate customer credit requests, processing returns and credits where required
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and rebate data
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Commercial team
- Assist with continuous improvement of internal processes
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Commercial Manager
