A well-established construction consultancy based in Essex are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.
You'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing group delivering private-sector projects across the Retail sector.
Role Overview :As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support on multiple projects, liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a construction related degree and looking to ignite your career.
Key Responsibilities:- Support on delivery of Retail construction projects
- Support a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Act as client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Experience, ideally 1 year, managing construction projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- A RICS accredited degree
- A hunger to learn and progress APC
- Full driving licence
- Salary up to £38,000 (DOE)
