Job Title: Finance Manager – Part Time
Salary: £40k pro rata + Excellent Benefits

CV Screen is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing, design-led hire business based in Harlow. Supplying premium items to major brands and high-profile events, the company has grown to approximately £3 million in just three years and is continuing to expand. This part-time role offers genuine ownership of the finance function, working closely with the Ops & Finance Director.
With flexible hours, the opportunity to work around school commitments and a salary of £40k pro rata, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and oversee the month-end process.
- Supervise remote bookkeeping support, reviewing work and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records across the business’s growing asset base.
- Assist with payroll, VAT, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Use Xero daily and contribute to wider business projects as the company scales.
- Proven experience preparing monthly management accounts independently.
- Strong practical finance experience, with a recognised qualification or qualified by experience.
- Confident overseeing bookkeeping support, with excellent attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
- £40k pro rata
