Salary: £45.00 – £50.00 per hour.

About the RoleHarlow Council is looking for a Housing Practitioner to work in the Private Sector Housing Team, undertaking inspection and enforcement work. The role involves inspecting residential and multi‑occupied properties and enforcing housing regulations.
Experience & Qualifications- Extensive knowledge of Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
- Broad knowledge of the Housing Act 2004
- Experience inspecting residential and multi‑occupied properties, including fire safety compliance
- HHSRS qualification is essential
Full‑time hours are preferred, but strong part‑time candidates will still be considered.
