Care Assistants

Care In My Home seeks compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team in Harlow. We offer Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for eligible applicants. Drivers with access to a vehicle are essential, as the role involves travelling to clients' homes (mileage paid).

If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humour, you could be a perfect fit to provide exceptional home care support, helping clients stay independent in the comfort of their familiar surroundings.

Our Care Assistants support clients with:

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Dressing, washing, and bathing
• Attending medical and social appointments
• Live-in care and companionship activities

• A caring, compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
• A commitment to treating elderly and vulnerable people with dignity and respect
• Reliability, flexibility, honesty, and a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• A good sense of humour and positivity
• Driving license and access to a personal vehicle (essential)
