Position summary
This role is for someone with a genuine passion for technology who is curious, adaptable and keen to learn. If you’ve built a PC, set up a home lab, or you’re the one your family calls when the Wi-Fi drops, that’s a good start. You’ll work alongside our engineers on real client issues from the start, including visits to client sites.

Key responsibilities
Log, work and update support tickets by phone, email and remote session
Troubleshoot everyday hardware, software, printer and Microsoft 365 issues
Set up laptops, phones and new starter accounts
Handle password resets plus mailbox and Teams access requests
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes
Join engineers on client site visits, office moves and device rollouts
Document fixes so the whole team can use them
What we’re looking for
A genuine interest in IT, whether through study, a home lab, a first job or helping friends and family
A logical approach to solving problems
Clear communication with non-technical people
A willingness to learn and take feedback
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking (IP addresses, DNS, Wi-Fi)
Desirable
CompTIA A, MS-900 or similar, or working towards one
Helpdesk or customer service experience
Minimum requirements
UK resident with a full UK driving licence and own car for business use (mileage paid)
