Job Description

We are pleased to confirm that we have an opening available to become part of the Client. The Assured Group are proud to continue their working relationship as preferred outsource Site Maintenance operator for Harlow. We are currently recruiting for multiple Site Maintenance operator on behalf of The Assured Group.

• Equipment Operation: Safely set up and operate commercial-grade, high-pressure jet washers and steam cleaners.
• Surface Cleaning: Pressure wash driveways, patios, car parks, bin stores, cladding, and remove chewing gum or graffiti.
• Site Preparation & Clearance: Clear work sites of rubble, assist with rubbish removal, and ensure the area is left tidy.
• Maintenance & Logistics: Clean and sanitize plant hire equipment, vehicles, or HGV chassis. Report any equipment faults to management.
• Health & Safety: Strictly adhere to COSHH regulations, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and wear required PPE.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if requested
