. Your role is to supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. You will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with a Monday to Friday shift pattern, 6 am to 2 pm.

• Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
• Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure they are met and ideally exceeded
• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all sites

• Experience motivating and leading teams within a fast‑moving logistics environment
• Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
• Ability to maintain site standards and KPI performance
