Our client, a respected and established name within the luxury joinery and interiors sector, is seeking an exceptional Senior Contracts Manager to lead high-value, design-led projects and play a key role in the company’s continued growth. This is a pivotal appointment within the business and offers a clear, structured pathway to Director level as part of an established succession plan.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of multiple high-end bespoke joinery projects, ensuring precision, quality, and seamless delivery from concept to completion. They will lead project teams, manage prestigious client relationships, and drive excellence across all operational and commercial aspects. This role will suit a hands‑paced, design‑driven environment and is motivated by the opportunity to step into a future Director position.

• Oversee multiple luxury joinery projects, ensuring delivery to the highest quality and craftsmanship standards.
• Manage and nurture client relationships with discretion, professionalism, and an understanding of luxury expectations.
• Coordinate design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly and profitably.
• Drive efficiency, innovation, and commercial performance across all live projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

• Proven track record in senior-level contracts or project management within high-end bespoke joinery or luxury interiors.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute, with full P&L management and budgetary experience.
• Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to deliver on complex, design-led projects.
• Ambition and vision to progress to Director level within a defined timeframe.
