Interim Supply Chain Manager

Are you looking for an Interim opportunity to manage the day to day running of the supply chain function?

I am supporting an existing client based in Harlow, Essex, who are looking for an experienced individual to come in and optimise the stock and supply chain process, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials whilst minimising costs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This will be a fixed term contract position and based on site in Harlow, Essex.

• Managing and delivering optimum stock levels through robust inventory management, ensuring accurate product availability and audit compliance.
• Leading and managing supply chain process improvement and operational efficiency to reduce costs and optimise outcomes.
• Providing leadership and guidance to team, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring and managing performance.
• Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience and knowledge in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
• Sector background covering stock / inventory management
• Familiarity with sourcing and inventory management software systems
• Customer focused and commercial approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
