Security Support Administrator

Overview

Security Support Administrator role at Raytheon UK.

Location:

Harlow, Essex or other UK sites (can consider Harlow, Glenrothes, Livingston, Manchester, Gloucester, Warminster). Hybrid working. Security clearance: baseline and SC. Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract.

Hours:

37 per week.

• Support the Security Coordination team in processing BPSS pre-employment checks.
• Support the Security Coordination team in processing UK Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearances.
• Assist the Security Coordination Manager with compliance, preparation and creation of Security Metrics.
• Assist with on-site access request administration.
• Support business continuity and incident management processes, including incidents and investigations.
• Administer electronic database for employee clearances.
• Administer site visitor security pass issue and receipt.
• Confirm employee security clearance details to external parties.
• Maintain records and provide general office administration support.

• Essential Ability to obtain a SC Clearance; strong general office skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent attention to detail; ability to work in a team; good verbal and written communication; flexible and positive attitude; good timekeeping; willingness to learn.
• Desirable Business studies qualifications; an interest in corporate security.
