RETAIL SECURITY OFFICER

Full-Time Position 45 Hours Per Week £13.70 Per Hour

Estimated Annual Salary: £32,058 per year before tax, based on 45 hours per week at £13.70 per hour.

We are looking for a well-spoken, professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and management.

• Providing a visible and professional security presence
• Preventing and detecting theft and loss
• Monitoring the store and responding appropriately to incidents
• Assisting customers and staff when required
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Following company security procedures and policies
• Completing incident reports accurately when required
• Using company-issued security equipment, including a mobile phone and body-worn camera
• Maintaining professional standards and good communication at all times

Overtime:
