Working in our properties across Hertfordshire and Essex. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on‑call on a rota basis). Salary £34,863 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan. We cannot offer CoS.

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Trades Operative looking for a new role with a great employer? Come join us at Home Group and be part of our fantastic repairs and maintenance team. You’ll carry out high‑quality, right‑first‑time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.

• All allocated jobs are completed right‑first‑time, with a whole‑job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
• Multi‑skilling across various trades to improve first‑time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes. This includes repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.
• Delivering high‑quality and compliant work.
• All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

• Relevant building/construction qualification.
• Experienced working across multiple building trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.
• A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
• A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

• Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also be asked to take part in our out‑of‑hours service on a rota basis with colleagues with an additional generous on‑call payment.
• You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
• You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
