We are hiring for one of our prime clients in the premium health and wellness sector, seeking qualified and passionate Self-Employed Swimming Teachers to deliver high-quality swim instruction within a professional club environment.

As a Swimming Teacher, you will engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals through both one-to-one and group sessions. You will create a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment while maintaining high teaching and safety standards.

• Deliver structured swimming lessons to individuals and groups
• Adapt teaching methods to suit varying ages and ability levels
• Ensure pool safety and adherence to health & safety regulations
• Provide constructive feedback to support skill progression
• Maintain professional standards and exceptional member experience

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent) – mandatory
• Strong passion for health, fitness, and aquatic coaching
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
