RG Consultancy are working with a reputable company located in Dewsbury who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will join a team of 3 and reports into the finance manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a more junior candidate looking to develop their skills or someone with a strong accounts background (purchase and sales ledger) Duties will include but not limited to:
Bank reconciliations Processing high volume invoices using SAGE Matching and coding invoices BACs payments Processing staff expenses Supplier statement reconciliations Chasing aged debt via telephone and email Other adhoc duties within finance
Skills:
SAGE knowledge would be ideal Strong MS Excel skills Benefits: 37.5 hours per week - flexible start and finish times Hybrid working once settled into the company 25 days holiday bank holidays Company pension scheme Discount of company products Free onsite parking.
