** Are you a compassionate, experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding live-in role where you can truly make a difference?
** At Active Assistance, we're looking for a caring, reliable and confident Female Live-in Support Worker to support a gentleman living at home with his wife.
Our client has a C3 incomplete spinal cord injury (ASIA C tetraplegia) and requires dedicated, person-centred support with his daily routines and clinical care needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a meaningful working relationship, provide consistent one-to-one support and help someone maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own home.
** What you'll be doing:
** No two days are quite the same, but your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with personal care and everyday living activities
* Assisting with neurogenic bowel management
* Providing catheter care and maintenance
* Working alongside a second care worker from another agency during morning care routines
* Encouraging independence, choice and involvement in daily life
* Creating a comfortable, safe and positive home environment
* Providing compassionate, respectful and professional support

* What we're looking for:
** We're looking for someone who is:
* An experienced Support Worker with a caring and compassionate approach
* A confident driver who is comfortable driving as part of the role
* Reliable, patient and professional
* Respectful of personal boundaries, privacy and family life
* Confident supporting individuals with complex care needs
* Passionate about making a genuine difference to someone's everyday life
** When you'll be working:
*** 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
** What to look forward to:*** £13.25 per hour - £159.00 per day!
