Our clients, based in Harpenden, are expanding and are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer with own client following to join their professional team. This role involves a wide range of commercial property matters, including buying and selling blocks of flats/HMO’s and other commercial investment properties. The ideal candidate will be experienced in an established UK legal practice, comfortable networking, and have relationships with commercial agents.

You will be an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice to include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Development
• Asset management
• Business asset sales/purchases

Our clients are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with a mixed UK client base comprising well-established SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, lending institutions, property investors and developers, and high net worth private clients. You will join a team of skilled solicitors and support staff.

£60‑80,000 pa plus bonus, benefits and pension, life assurance. Free car parking. Potential partnership opportunities with equity in the future. Standard holiday, bank holidays, and a December festive period shutdown.
