Security Officer – Harrington Raceway and Casino, Dover, DE. Salary: $29,646.00–$37,058.00. Full-time, entry‑level.
Responsibilities- Communicates potential problems and assists employees and guests in emergencies.
- Controls and diffuses potential conflicts.
- Controls access to the video lottery facility and restricted areas.
- Verifies gaming and monetary transactions on the casino floor.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Ability to provide assistance to guests and fellow employees, including lifting or restraining.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift and reach continuously during the workday.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance and up to 250 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Team player.
- Minimum 19 years old.
- No felony convictions.
- Delaware Lottery Gaming License.
