- Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
- Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds.
- Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist with IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Unencumbered, State of IL)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
