As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver outstanding service. Your expertise will help us solve tough problems and ensure our guests leave satisfied. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles using your knowledge and skills.
• Building your experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborating with a team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicating effectively with the service department about guest needs.
• Working together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results.

We seek individuals who are not only skilled but also have a positive attitude and a desire to serve our customers. Here are the qualifications we value:

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred;
  Master and L1 certifications are a plus.
• NC State Inspector License preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles.
• Willingness to work 40-50+ hours per week.
• Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes and vehicle systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Diesel experience is helpful but not required.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
