Ninja Warrior Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Ninja Warrior Trainer to join our team at Flying Tiger Ninja Warrior. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Ninja Warrior/Parkour training programs, helping participants of all ages develop their skills, strength, and confidence on the course. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire and motivate participants to reach their full potential in a fun and safe environment.

Lead Ninja Warrior training sessions, focusing on skill development, strength, and conditioning.

Design and implement training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants to help them improve their performance.

Ensure the safety of all participants by properly setting up and monitoring the course and equipment.

Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes teamwork, perseverance, and a love for fitness.

Communicate effectively with participants and their parents, providing updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns.

Collaborate with other staff to organize and run events, competitions, and special programs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training facility.
